BUSINESS ALLIANCE PROGRAM

Over the past 6 years we have developed the Volta web application platform that has enabled us to deliver web application and content solutions to virtually any type of business and in record time. The core of the Volta platform is based on a proprietary database schema which provides for a scalable solution that grows with your business.

VoltaCMS
The VoltaCMS was developed based on the collective experience of working with other content management systems and identifying their weak points and short comings. The system was designed with 3 major goals in mind: ease of maintenance, speed of deployment and scalability.

The VoltaCMS is a PHP based web application that minimizes html form creation, maintenance and custom code for processing; as well as, managing all types of data. The core system is entirely database driven. One can make quick changes to data in seconds while minimizing the potential for coding mistakes. The VoltaCMS allows data managers with basic computer skills to easily add, change, categorize and delete content on complex solutions via a web browser. Sharing the task of editing content among non-technical users can reduce web agency fees, and free up valuable in-house technical resources.

VoltaCommerce
The VoltaCommerce e-commerce product was developed as a plug-in to the VoltaCMS for customers with the need to sell products online. VoltaCommerce provides a dynamic, easy to use administrative interface for managing products, inventory and online sales. Through the use of our intuitive interface, virtually anyone in your office will have the ability to maintain your site and manage orders.

Other Volta Services
Volta offers professional design services for logo creation and complete corporate branding. Our staff of design professionals has a wide range of experience in creating identities that appeal to and communicate with your target audience. Volta offers custom graphic design including: packaging, magazine/print ads, product graphics and marketing collateral.

How do I become a BAP?
We have an easy way of referring accounts to us, just sign up with our Business Alliance Program. Once you log into your account simply enter the referral information and let Volta do the rest. Our dedicated and trained staff will contact the referral to design a solution that is right for the customer. Whether it is a basic content website or a fully customized website, Volta can design and develop the right business solution. The BAP program is free to join. There is absolutely no cost to you. Once you fill out the Volta BAP form and are approved, we will send a password and all the information to you.

Payout
All closed sales up to $15,000 you earn $145.00 per client. Closed sales over $15,001 you earn 3%.* All sales are tracked in your Business Alliance Program Account. The process is automatic. All your referrals will be properly tracked through the Volta BAP software. All payouts are done monthly via PayPal.



*Minimum sale for commission payout is $2500.00.
**Enrollment in the Business Alliance Program

To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a complete Business Alliance Program application via the www.mountaintechgroup.com site. We will evaluate your application and will notify you of its acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your business is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable businesses include, but are not limited to, those that:

- promote sexually explicit materials
- promote violence
- promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- promote illegal activities
- otherwise violate intellectual property rights.

By participating in the Business Alliance Program you agree that you will not engage in any such activities. If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the Business Alliance Program at any time. You should also note that if we accept your application and your business is thereafter determined (in our sole discretion) to be unsuitable for the Business Alliance Program, we may terminate this Agreement. Participation in the Business Alliance Program is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts under applicable law. For example, minors are not allowed to participate in the Business Alliance Program.
